Job Summary

An insurance software deeveloper is seeking a Telecommute Backend Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with other engineers and designers to develop and ship features
  • Designing, building, and maintaining company API’s
  • Designing and building internal tooling to improve development efficiency

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years of full time engineering experience
  • Expert in Javascript
  • Engineering experience in TypeScript, GoLang, Python, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, React, AWS
  • Experience with back end architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications
  • Ability to design clean APIs and understanding of performance issues
