A global healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Behavioral Health Care Coordination Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing telephonic case management services to members
  • Assessing and interpreting customer needs and requirements
  • Identifying solutions to non-standard requests and problems

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage or Family Counseling
  • Independent, current, unrestricted license to practice in the state of Washington
  • 2+ years of experience in behavioral health
  • Proficient Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows 10)
  • Dedicated office space and access to high-speed internet via cable/DSL in your home
  • Computer/typing proficiency to enter/retrieve data
