Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Behavioral Health Care Manager.

Must be able to:

• Use virtual modalities to coordinate care with the patient’s medical provider
• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
• Facilitate patient engagement and follow-up care

Qualifications Include:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist
• 2+ years treating patients with behavioral health conditions
• 1+ years working in a team-based environment (i.e., with other provider types)
• Ability/willingness to pursue multiple other state licensed required of the program
• Dedicated space for home office set up and access to high speed internet services
