Job Summary

A health and dental insurance provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Behavioral Health Case Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Performing case management for complex patient populations
  • Completing a Comprehensive Assessment and Plan of care
  • Providing BH consultation and collaboration

Required Skills:

  • 0 to 10% travel
  • 3+ years of direct clinical practice experience
  • Licensed RN or Behavioral/Mental Health professional
  • Must be able to tolerate sitting while documenting on computer majority of day
