A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Behavioral Health Case Manager II in Alameda.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to urgent calls, assessing for safety and providing referrals/support as indicated
- Managing a caseload of members through telephonic outreach
- Producing accurate and timely documentation in company database of member activities and interventions
Position Requirements Include:
- M.S. or M.A. in social work, nursing, or a related behavioral health field required
- 3 - 4 years of clinical experience in social work counseling required
- Managed care or case management experience in behavioral health experience
- Current, active, unrestricted license in the state of California as an RN, LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, LMSW, or Clinical Psychologist
