Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Behavioral Health Case Manager II in Alameda.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to urgent calls, assessing for safety and providing referrals/support as indicated
  • Managing a caseload of members through telephonic outreach
  • Producing accurate and timely documentation in company database of member activities and interventions

Position Requirements Include:

  • M.S. or M.A. in social work, nursing, or a related behavioral health field required
  • 3 - 4 years of clinical experience in social work counseling required
  • Managed care or case management experience in behavioral health experience
  • Current, active, unrestricted license in the state of California as an RN, LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, LMSW, or Clinical Psychologist
