Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Behavioral Health Clinical Care Coordinator in St Louis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identifying cases requiring follow-up and assisting in the assignment of those cases
- Assessing of mental health and substance use symptom and severity level
- Ensuring all follow-up and outcome documentation is completed for all cases
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong service coordination and team building skills
- Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training-Required-can be coordinated upon hire
- Working knowledge of the DSM 5
- Working knowledge workplace trauma
- Prior case management experience
- Ability to learn and adhere to multiple protocols
