A Healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Behavioral Health Clinical Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Recruiting and onboarding new coaches to the network
- Addressing behavioral health escalations
- Conducting risk review evaluations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum Master’s degree in behavioral health
- At least 5 years of experience working as a clinical director managing clinical staff
- Licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, Ph.D., PsyD)
- Ability to hold provider network accountable while building rapport
- Ability to motivate staff and enhance provider engagement
