Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Behavioral Health Clinical Operations Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the implementation, supervision, and evaluation of the utilization management program
• Developing and implementing utilization management policies/procedures
• Supervising and acting as a resource to personnel

Required Skills:

• Current active/unrestricted clinical license in counseling, psychology or social work or a Nevada RN
• 5+ years of experience in managing a clinical/operational unit that manages benefits
• Master’s degree in healthcare related field
• 3+ years management experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated experience with building/rebuilding a “team” or part of a turn around
• Experience interfacing with providers and solutioning gaps
