Job Summary
A global healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Behavioral Health Clinical Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a team of licensed clinicians and non-licensed staff
- Working closely with the behavioral health product executive director and the health plan professional team
- Supporting utilization management objectives for both facility-based and outpatient care
Qualifications for this position include:
- Master's degree in Psychology or Family Counseling, or a BSN RN with 2+ more years of experience
- Possesses an active, independent, and unrestricted licensure in the state of Washington
- Must reside in the state of Washington
- 5+ years of behavioral health experience post licensure
- 5+ years of management and/or leadership experience
- Very strong communication skills both written and verbal
