Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Behavioral Health Clinical Support Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be responsible for training, meetings, scheduling, monitoring productivity
- Ensure process and procedures are followed consistently, and the program operations run seamlessly
- Ensure assigned staff complete of all requirements of the program
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel throughout an assigned region
- At least three (3) years' experience working with a behavioral health condition and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities
- RN or Bachelor's Degree in Health or Human Services or related discipline
- Knowledge of the AR Medicaid Behavioral Health and/or Intellectual/Developmental disability service delivery system
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
