Job Summary

A health system has a current position open for a Telecommute Behavioral Health Crisis Specialist in Arlington Heights.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting discharge planning, crisis counseling, community resource information and education
• Providing social services to patients, families and the community as requested or deemed appropriate

Qualifications Include:

• No office-based work but must be able to attend one monthly team meeting
• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science or related field required
• Ability to work week shifts from 5pm - 9am and weekend shifts from 9am - 9am
