Telecommute Behavioral Health Director

Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Behavioral Health Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Serving as company-wide behavioral health subject matter expert while leading cross-functional enterprise behavioral health strategy
• Serving as the behavioral health consultant and program representative with customers and other external entities
• Makes recommendations regarding the use of vendors to support organizational behavioral health strategy

Qualifications Include:

• Experience planning, designing, implementing and managing programs
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver results within a matrix organization
• Extensive knowledge and demonstrated ability to create, manage and lead in a quality-driven organization
• Experience in areas such as care management models, partnerships with providers, third-party suppliers of clinical services
• Proven ability to lead the design, development and implementation of process
• Strong facilitation skills with all levels of the organization, including the ability to resolve issues
