Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Behavioral Health Practice Management Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Identify outliers through analysis of clinical outcomes data, utilization / claims data
  • Measure improvement of program performance over time
  • Develop and deliver training opportunities as appropriate

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Master's Degree-Level in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage or Family Counseling
  • OR a Ph.D. level Psychologist
  • OR a BSN RN with behavioral health experience
  • License that is independent and active and unrestricted
  • 2+ years of experience in health care setting
  • Experience in interpreting and utilizing clinical data analytics in healthcare and use of that data to drive change
