Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Behavioral Health Practice Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Direct oversight and supervision of the Practice Specialists
• Communicate with behavioral health practitioners/groups/facilities
• Identify outlier providers/groups/facilities through analysis of clinical outcomes data

Qualifications Include:

• Independent Clinical License
• Licenses must be active and unrestricted
• Minimum 3 years of Managed Care experience in a Managed Care setting
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience
• Minimum 1 year of team lead/supervisor/leadership experience
• Strong analytical skills
