Job Summary

A global healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Behavioral Health RN Case Manager .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Making outbound calls to assess members' current health status
  • Delivering clinical support to members across a wide array of health topics and conditions
  • Identifying gaps or barriers in treatment plans

Qualifications Include:

  • Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of employment
  • 3+ years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital, acute care setting
  • 1+ year of recent experience with mental health/behavioral health focus
  • Excellent typing skills and have the ability to navigate a Windows based environment
