- Ability to travel 25-50%
- 2+ years of Behavioral Health and/or EAP experience
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare account management, sales, or data analytics
- Demonstrated ability to work at a highly strategic level with customers around benefit planning
- Strong history of successful customer relationship and presentation capabilities
- Demonstrated Success in designing and implementing unique solutions for customers
