Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying and implementing effective communication methods
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions
- Providing direct short-term evidence-based therapies
Qualifications for this position include:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Social Work (MSW) program or other behavioral health graduate degree
- Clinical social work license in the state of hire or current licensure that supports independent practice of therapy
- 3+ years’ experience working with individuals with severe mental illness
- Experience with behavioral health services, psychotropic medications, and therapeutic interventions
