Job Summary

A information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Benefit Services Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to caller questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding benefits, contracts, eligibility, and claims
  • Obtaining and extracting information, documents information, activities and changes in the database
  • Documenting inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to attend and successfully complete the 5 weeks paid required training
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
