Job Summary
A information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Benefit Services Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to caller questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding benefits, contracts, eligibility, and claims
- Obtaining and extracting information, documents information, activities and changes in the database
- Documenting inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to attend and successfully complete the 5 weeks paid required training
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
