Job Summary
A health management company has an open position for a Telecommute Benefit Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, e-mails, on-line chats and secure instant messages from the client’s employees
- Maintain privacy/confidentiality of participants and employee information
- Support open enrollments
Position Requirements Include:
- Associates Degree or a minimum of 2 years of medical clerical experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry and electronic mail applications.
- Must be able to work a flexible 40 hour work week Monday - Friday between 7:00am and 8:00 pm
