Job Summary

A warehousing and fulfillment services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Benefits Administrator.

Must be able to:

  • Coordinate daily benefits processing
  • Oversee maintenance of employee benefits files, and update employee payroll records as needed
  • Gather employee data and oversee the processing and reconciliation of monthly billings for all group plans

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Associate's/Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field
  • 3-5 years of benefits administration experience
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • High sense of urgency and responsiveness
