Job Summary
A warehousing and fulfillment services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Benefits Administrator.
Must be able to:
- Coordinate daily benefits processing
- Oversee maintenance of employee benefits files, and update employee payroll records as needed
- Gather employee data and oversee the processing and reconciliation of monthly billings for all group plans
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field
- 3-5 years of benefits administration experience
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- High sense of urgency and responsiveness
