Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Benefits Administrator II in Nashville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Investigate abnormal and/or inconsistent activities with claims
- Oversee any colleagues placed in temporary placements
- Collaborate on complex cases that need additional review
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 years of experience
- Knowledge with Leave Of Absence and FMLA Administration
- Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of laws and pertinent legal parameters
- Ability to administer and coordinates benefit programs
- Ability to participate in the development of employee programs
