Telecommute Benefits Analyst
Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Benefits Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assist Benefits Tier 2 in grabbing NetSuite cases to provide resolution to benefits questions or items
- Facilitating annual enrollment orders with EDI Team for carrier feed renewals
- Building strong customer relationships, consulting with them to make recommendations for appropriate benefit plan set up
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Software experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Subject Matter Expert in Benefits Administration
- Able to provide feedback and developmental coaching to other team members
- Understanding of the Affordable Care Act
