Job Summary
A software technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Benefits Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS
- Perform quality checks of benefits-related data
- Assist employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes
Required Skills:
- Associate’s degree in HR or related field, or other training/certification in place of degree
- Two years’ experience in HR and/or benefits administration
- Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
