A company focused on employee benefits is filling a position for a Telecommute Benefits Consultant in Cincinnati.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Successfully and strategically servicing and maintaining assigned book of business
- Growing book of business through cross-sale opportunities
- Serving in an advisory capacity for clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Conduct enrollment meetings and other face-to-face visits
- Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm
- Current life and health insurance license
- Must live in Southern Ohio or Kentucky
- Up to date and knowledgeable on Health Care Reform
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management in a consultative role
