Job Summary

A company focused on employee benefits is filling a position for a Telecommute Benefits Consultant in Cincinnati.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Successfully and strategically servicing and maintaining assigned book of business
  • Growing book of business through cross-sale opportunities
  • Serving in an advisory capacity for clients

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Conduct enrollment meetings and other face-to-face visits
  • Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm
  • Current life and health insurance license
  • Must live in Southern Ohio or Kentucky
  • Up to date and knowledgeable on Health Care Reform
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management in a consultative role
