Job Summary

A service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Benefits Implementation Associate Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Help identify and analyze business needs and requirements
  • Help create and develop functional designs and specifications
  • Help analyze gaps and complete fit gap documentation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel 30%
  • Previous experience working with either Workday, PeopleSoft or other ERP Hr/Payroll systems/application
  • In-depth understanding of corporate benefit functional knowledge
  • 3+ years experience project managing HCM, Payroll or Financial Implementations in middle market type organizations
  • Possess an advanced knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory
  • Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a software consulting company
