Job Summary
A service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Benefits Implementation Associate Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Help identify and analyze business needs and requirements
- Help create and develop functional designs and specifications
- Help analyze gaps and complete fit gap documentation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel 30%
- Previous experience working with either Workday, PeopleSoft or other ERP Hr/Payroll systems/application
- In-depth understanding of corporate benefit functional knowledge
- 3+ years experience project managing HCM, Payroll or Financial Implementations in middle market type organizations
- Possess an advanced knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory
- Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a software consulting company
