A hospitality company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Benefits Leave Analyst in Buffalo.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Advising associates and managers on the organization’s leave programs
• Recommending revisions to company leave policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
• Managing the relationships with external vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 7+ years of leave management experience in a progressive HR department
• Proven experience with benefit laws and regulation
• Project management skills to track leaves and plan activities in preparation for new policy provisions
• Capacity to prioritize across multiple issues and to respond quickly with an appropriate sense of urgency
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
