Job Summary

A software development firm that creates human resources software has an open position for a Telecommute Benefits Prime Advisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing support for Benefits system
  • Troubleshooting customer setup issues
  • Managing technical projects

Required Skills:

  • Health & Welfare 3+ years’ experience
  • Prior benefits configuration experience 2+ years
  • Prior Open Enrollment Consultation 2+ years
  • Minimum 3+ years of strong customer service experience
  • Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite of software
  • A bachelor’s degree or at 5+ years experience, or combination of education and experience
