Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Benefits Prime Services Team Leader.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing leadership sign-off of processing and daily activities for all Service Lines
- Optimizing the contribution of the team through coaching and mentoring
- Operating as the subject matter expert and provide functional direction in the all areas for issue resolution
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Attend and/or lead recurring service calls, business reviews and project debriefs for assigned customers
- 3+ years of Benefit Configuration experience
- 5+ years of in-depth experience in Health & Welfare
- Ability to set and manage customer expectations
- An associate’s degree in business, accounting or related field or at least five years related experience, or equivalent combination
- 3+ years of Open Enrollment Consulting experience
