Job Summary

A software development firm is seeking a Telecommute Benefits System Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Researching and resolving API errors for customer environments
  • Proactively analyzing problems and driving root cause resolution to prevent recurrences
  • Actively managing open enrollment activities including system testing/set up and data validation

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Working knowledge of employee life-cycle Benefits Administration
  • Proven technical experience with Benefit Administration Software and/or other HCM Benefits Administration technology
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively
