Job Summary
A software development firm is seeking a Telecommute Benefits System Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching and resolving API errors for customer environments
- Proactively analyzing problems and driving root cause resolution to prevent recurrences
- Actively managing open enrollment activities including system testing/set up and data validation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Working knowledge of employee life-cycle Benefits Administration
- Proven technical experience with Benefit Administration Software and/or other HCM Benefits Administration technology
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities effectively
