A healthcare and retail pharmacy company has an open position for a Telecommute Benefits Verification Vendor Management Advisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring most efficient use of BV staffing resources
- Developing contingency staffing models
- Driving culture of root cause analysis
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel 15%-20%
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- 3 years managing vendor performance, contractual SLAs and invoicing
- 3 years of experience in Benefits Verification environment
- 3 years experience utilizing WFM tools such as I-360, IEX, eWFM
- Excellent data analysis/ technical skills, Microsoft office
