Job Summary

A healthcare and retail pharmacy company has an open position for a Telecommute Benefits Verification Vendor Management Advisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring most efficient use of BV staffing resources
  • Developing contingency staffing models
  • Driving culture of root cause analysis

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel 15%-20%
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
  • 3 years managing vendor performance, contractual SLAs and invoicing
  • 3 years of experience in Benefits Verification environment
  • 3 years experience utilizing WFM tools such as I-360, IEX, eWFM
  • Excellent data analysis/ technical skills, Microsoft office
