Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Bid Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Producing high-quality bid documents in written formats
  • Undertaking quantitative and qualitative research
  • Adhering to the Standard Operating Process managing the bid process end-to-end

Qualifications Include:

  • Attend win/loss discovery sessions
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience relevant experience
  • Prior experience of Resourcing, RPO, CWS opportunities across multiple sectors
  • Significant experience in bid development, project management and communications
  • Understanding of resourcing and RPO market drivers
