Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Big Data Lead in Hartford.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the design, implementation, and continuous delivery of a sophisticated data pipeline
  • Supporting development and operations
  • Providing advisory and thought leadership on the provision of analytics environments

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or its equivalent in work experience
  • 5 years of programming/development experience
  • 1 year of experience as a technical lead required
  • Expert in Python and/or Java, with knowledge of at least one web framework
  • Experience with Dev/Ops implementations
  • Proficient understanding of Git, Jenkins
