Job Summary
A language services company is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Acholi Interpreter in Alexandria.
Must be able to:
- Accept incoming calls while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
- Facilitating interpretation in a variety of subjects: medical, social, and legal
- Completing any other duties as assigned
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Fluency in both English and Acholi
- Strong verbal communication skills in both languages
- Familiarity with note taking and memory techniques
- Accustomed with the consecutive interpretation process
- Knowledge of the interpreter Code of Ethics
