Job Summary
A non-profit crisis mapping project is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Armenian or Tajik Eurasia Researcher.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review news, international organization, NGO and security reports
- Record the incidents of political violence into an Excel template
- Code events to provide holistic coverage of current political violence
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Familiarity with Excel
- Fluency in English and Armenian or Tajik
- Experience conducting desk-based research
- Experience working to deadlines with limited supervision
- A high level of attention to detail and ability to receive and incorporate feedback
- Familiarity with conflict and actors in relevant countries
