A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Bilingual Call Center Specialist in Orlando.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Assisting customers, physician offices, patients or third party providers
- Directing complex questions and problems to more senior staff level
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate level keyboarding skills
- Basic level PC skills and search engine skills
- Ability to switch between multiple programs
- Ability to handle inquiries for one or more lines of business
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
