Job Summary
A telecommunications company is seeking a Telecommute Bilingual Cantonese and English Customer Experience Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Educating and offering existing customers additional programming
- Responding to questions and assisting customers
- Promoting products and services
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Bilingual Cantonese
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to regularly sit for long periods of time
- Deescalate upset or irate customers in order to satisfactorily address their customer service needs
