Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Cantonese or Mandarin Market Research Interviewer in Calabasas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Making outbound calling (25+ calls an hour)
- Reading a script verbatim
- Documenting notes into the database
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ years’ experience in marketing (MUST)
- 1+ years’ experience with cold calling (MUST)
- 1+ years’ experience in a customer service role (MUST)
- 2+ Years' experience translating Cantonese or Mandarin to/from English (MUST)
- Bilingual Mandarin and/or Cantonese (Read, write, AND Speak) (MUST)
- Intermediate computer skills with MS Office, specifically Excel (MUST)
