Job Summary

A health information technology solutions company has an open position for a Telecommute Bilingual Client Strategies Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Communicating with and supporting customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executives
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven client management or other relevant experience
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
