Job Summary
A commercial roofing company is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Commercial Roofing Project Manager in Houston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and monitoring all project costs to meet budgetary guidelines
- Managing multiple projects from pre-construction meetings to completion
- Scheduling project inspections and managing job through to completion
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel required
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- 7 years leading multiple Commercial Roofing projects required
- A good driving record is necessary for this position
- Must be able to climb a ladder; position may require lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass drug screen and a criminal background check
