Job Summary
A healthcare IT solutions company has an open position for a Telecommute Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Make outbound courtesy calls to patients to ensure they are receiving their statements
- Receive incoming calls from patients to answer their questions and reach payment resolution
- Maintain quality customer service by following company policies and procedures
