A business process outsourcing company has an open position for a Telecommute Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Colorado Springs.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Service both inbound and outbound calls
- Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting
- Adhere to call quality auditing guidelines and principles and achieve operational expectations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Ability to work under time constraints
- Ability to process information quickly and accurately
- Ability to handle routine customer transactions
