Job Summary
An automotive service company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Bilingual English and French Automotive Service Advisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Authorizing mechanical repairs on behalf of our clients
- Managing authorizations to successfully meet client parameters
- Conducting proper follow up on all down vehicles and pending transactions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- ASE C1
- ASE certified in 6 out of 14 tests with a minimum of 2 being truck (A1-A8 T2-T7)
- Proficient in FRENCH and English (verbal and written communication)
- 3 years mechanical experience or equivalent technical education
- 1 year Fleet industry experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
