Job Summary
A language services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual English and Korean Interpreter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Interpreting between source and target language with accuracy, clarity, and transparency
- Providing excellent customer service with a focus on helping both parties communicate clearly in real time
- Following all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least two years of Telephone Interpreting experience
- Native level proficiency in English and a second language
- A dedicated landline telephone and access to a quiet workspace
- Superior client service skills
- College Degree (Associates or above) preferred
