Job Summary
A video streaming service organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual English and Portuguese Customer Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot all customer inquiries
- Help resolve customer service issues
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to speak, read, and write professionally in both English and Portuguese [Portugal]
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Willingness to work all shifts, including weekend, overtime, holidays and emergency
- Excellent telephone etiquette, verbal, and written communication skills
- Above-average knowledge of tech-related elements
