A company that provides customer service, technical, and sales support on a global scale is seeking a Telecommute Bilingual English and Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Speak on the phone and use a computer
- Speak fluently in English and Spanish
- Answer questions, process transactions, and resolve customer issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Subscription to high-speed, hard-wired Internet connection
- Personal Windows-based computer with monitor, speakers and anti-virus software
- 2 Headsets: a USB headset for online training and a telephone headset for taking live customer calls
