Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Bilingual English and Spanish Real Estate AutoCAD Designer in Spring.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating accurate and scaled drawings for construction and estimating with detailed specifications
- Creating project documents (floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plans, etc.) from concept through to final design
- Checking and verifying design drawings to conform to specifications and design data
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to attend in-office meetings 10% of the time
- Fluent written and verbal bilingual Spanish and English
- Demonstrated thorough working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Minimum of 5 years residential or commercial design/architectural experience
- Understanding of the fundamentals of residential construction and commercial practices and techniques
