Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual English Japanese Localization Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Consulting in the areas of Japanese culture, etiquette and learning/education
- Providing in-house expertise for Japanese language, formatting, design, font issues, and internationalization
- Managing multiple localization tickets from beginning to end
Position Requirements Include:
- Japanese fluency is required
- Solid in-depth knowledge of localization best practices
- Minimum of 3 years of experience directly related to translation and localization
- Fluency in Japanese is required; other languages helpful
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, etc)
- Proficiency with HTML authoring, CSS and design tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite
