Job Summary
A computer company has a current position open for a Telecommute Bilingual English Portuguese Fraud Prevention Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing/analyzing simple to complex Card Not Present orders to detect fraudulent activity
- Cancelling fraudulent orders and serving as a point of contact between customers, credit card banks, and shipping carriers
- Analyzing, identifying and communicating trends from exception reporting
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese (reading, writing and speaking)
- 1-2 years proven experience in customer service type role
- Analysis and problem solving skills
- Decision making and sound judgment skills
