Job Summary
A food and agriculture company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Complaint Management Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing administrative and clerical support to maintaining and updating tools or systems
- Performing complex administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments
- Participating in executing customer service strategies, and managing the customer complaint experience end-to-end
Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Experience managing customer complaints and feedback is preferred
- SAP experience is preferred
- Bilingual English and French
- Can inform customers about complaint status and resolution
