A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual French Customer Member Services Associate .

  • Resolving and responding to end-user requests and issues

  • Reviewing and processing customer forms and documentation

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Fluent in French (read, speak, and write) required
